About Elder Law Memphis

Mr. Self is a member of the firm of Apperson Crump, PLC, the oldest continually functioning law firm in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been designated an Elder Law Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.

His elder law practice includes estate planning, long term care and Medicaid planning, conservatorships, special needs trusts and administration of decedents' estates. He is also an experienced real estate and business attorney. Both the firm Apperson Crump and Mr. Self, individually, are rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell.
